Busy Bee Maids-Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, via text, or by email.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations.

  • Reschedules must be confirmed by text or email.

3. 100% Happiness Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the areas of concern.

  • We will re-do those areas at no extra cost.

  • Conditions apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access and a suitable working environment.

  • Secure pets and ensure any customer-supplied equipment is safe to use.

  • Remove or store away valuable or fragile items prior to cleaning.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Busy Bee Maids is fully insured.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Minor wear and tear

    • Accidental damage under $100

    • Pre-existing damage or issues

  • Cleaners are independent contractors and are responsible for their own conduct while performing services.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due before or on the day of service.

  • Payment is made via the Busy Bee Maids booking system or directly to the company.
